Frankincense Essential Oil In Your Daily Routine
Focus and Tension Relief: Simply diffuse 9 drops at home, inhale Frankincense Essential oil directly from the bottle, or combine 1–2 drops of Frankincense essential oil with a half-teaspoon of coconut oil and rub the mixture onto your temples and back of your neck.
Skincare: Frankincense benefits include the ability to strengthen skin and improve its tone, elasticity, defence mechanisms against bacteria or blemishes, and appearance as someone ages. It may help tone and lift skin, reduce the appearance of scars and acne. It may also be beneficial for fading of stretch marks, surgery scars or marks associated with pregnancy, and for healing dry or cracked skin.
Bath: Add 5 drops to a tablespoon of carrier oil, mix with a tablespoon (or more!) of Epsom salts and swirl into a warm bath - Enjoy!
Foot Care: Get Summer ready feet and healthy toenails, combine about half a teaspoon of coconut oil and 2–3 drops of Frankincense essential oil and massage the mixture into your feet. Or use in a foot bath.
Sleep: Diffuse before bed for a restful sleep, or combine 2–5 drops of Frankincense with a teaspoon of coconut oil and massage it into your skin before going to bed.
