Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil:

With its deeply grounding, earthy aroma, Vetiver Oil can help create a peaceful haven and wind-down time.

Anthemis Nobilis Flower (Roman Chamomile) Oil:

With its soothing properties, Roman Chamomile Oil can calm the mind and still unsettling emotions.

Diffuse: Turn on the diffuser in your bedroom 30 mins before you hop into bed to create a calm and soothing sanctuary for sleep.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the floor of your shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation especially at night to help you unwind after a long day.

Massage: Mix 5 - 10 drops in tablespoon of carrier oil and use in a gentle massage to help rid the body of the days challenges.

Sleep: Add a drop or two to your pillow or bedlinen before sleep. Take when travelling to give the comforting feel of home.

In the Diffuser of your choice:  
Add 6-8 drops of Be Sleepy essential oil blend.

Topical use:                             
Dilute 1 - 2 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to pulse points (or as required).
