Diffuse

Turn on the diffuser in your bedroom 30 mins before you hop into bed to create a calm and soothing sanctuary for sleep.

Shower

Add 2-3 drops to the floor of your shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation especially at night to help you unwind after a long day.

Massage
