Using natural, pure plant derived products is a great way to improve our own individual wellness. We want you to feel your best ‘you’. But we didn’t want to stop there. We wanted to think of ways that we could improve the world we lived in from sourcing, to packaging to just finding ways to help each other. We aren’t perfect, but we wanted to be a force for good, supporting a circular economy and pushing ourselves and our partners to become better.
EVERY ORDER YOU MAKE PLANTS A TREE
Trees clean our air and water, create habitats for biodiversity, contribute to our health and wellbeing, and create jobs for social impact. Reforestation is consistently identified by scientists as one of the top solutions to the climate crisis and the trees planted as part of this initiative will support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
For every order you make, we plant a tree with One Tree Planted; environmental action with a movement of change-makers focused on positivity and hope. All by planting trees!
Feeding hungry children sothey can learn, grow and succeed.
We were shocked to learn that one in five Australian kids experiences food scarcity. This leads to poorer health, social & emotional wellbeing, nutrition and impacts on a child’s ability to concentrate, learn and succeed in school.
For every order $100 and over, we also donate to Eat Up, providing school lunches to hungry children in need to help them learn, grow and succeed.
This donation equates to 5 lunches for 5 hungry children in need, or 5 day's worth of lunches for one child.
SUSTAINABILITY
Acknowledging that the earth is a gift that we need to protect and preserve, our focus is on minimising resources in production and packaging, using materials that are made from recycled materials and working to ensure waste can easily be used again through local recycling efforts, ideally in your home recycling bin. Although not perfect, we continue to push suppliers and manufacturers that can support our focus here so we can use less and help you recycle more.
Our most exciting development in recent months has been finding a bottle that has been recycled from curb side plastic that you put back into your recycling bin. Using recycled plastic results in 79% lower carbon dioxide emissions when compared to virgin PET and other virgin materials.
