Peppermint Essential Oil In Your Daily Routine

Focus and Tension Relief: For a refreshing, invigorating and stimulating aroma, simply diffuse 8 drops at home, inhale Peppermint Essential oil directly from the bottle, or combine 1–2 drops of Peppermint essential oil with a half-teaspoon of coconut oil and rub the mixture onto your temples and back of your neck.

Muscle Aches: Dilute with a carrier oil and gently massage relief aches, pains and fatigue.

Bath: Add 5 drops to a tablespoon of carrier oil, mix with a tablespoon (or more!) of Epsom salts and swirl into a warm bath - Enjoy!

Deodorant: Mix a teaspoon of bi-carbonate of soda with enough water to make a paste.  Add a drop or two of peppermint essential oil and apply as required.

Foot Care: Revive tired feet and to combat foot odor, combine about half a teaspoon of coconut oil and 2–3 drops of Peppermint essential oil and massage the mixture into your feet.

Insect Repellant: Simply add 2–5 drops of Peppermint essential oil to a spray bottle filled half way with water and spray it on your skin, or combine 2–5 drops of tea tree with a teaspoon of coconut oil and rub it into your skin before going outside.
