Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel (Sweet Orange) Oil*:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser to create an environment with a positive and uplifting mindset.

Inhale: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are on the run, at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break and a change of mood.

Hair: Add 2-3 drops to the palm of your hands and run through damp hair to enjoy the fragrance all day.

Topically: Mix 1 drop with a teaspoon of carrier oil and gently apply to pulse points for a lingering aroma you can enjoy at all times. Or massage gently into your temples and back of the neck after long hours on the computer or for a mid afternoon pick-me-up.

Signature Scent: Add 8 - 10 drops to a 10mL roller bottle and top with carrier oil to keep in your hand bag and enjoy as your personal scent.

Bath: Layer your scent by adding 3 - 5 drops to a teaspoon of carrier oil and mix with 1/2 cup of epsom salts, then add to warm water, swirling vigourously to disperse.

In the Diffuser of your choice:  
Add 6-8 drops of Be Happy essential oil blend.

Topical use:
Dilute 1 - 2 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to pulse points, (or as required).
